This year, our chefs have created a seasonal three-course menu featuring dishes such as Haggis Bon Bons, Smoked Salmon Cannoli, Roast Chicken Supreme with truffle brioche stuffing, Highland Venison Haunch and indulgent festive desserts, all designed to showcase the very best of the Scotland.

The Devil's Advocate offers a Hogmanay celebration filled with exceptional food, fine whisky and the unmistakable magic of New Year's Eve in Edinburgh.
Whether you're planning to join the world-famous street party or prefer a more relaxed evening away from the crowds, our specially curated Hogmanay dining experiences provide the perfect way to welcome the year ahead.
Before the Bells
For those heading out to experience Edinburgh's legendary Hogmanay celebrations, our early sittings at 4.00pm and 6.30pm offer the ideal start to the evening. Enjoy a beautifully crafted four-course menu featuring dishes such as West Coast Crab Tartlet, Hand-Dived Orkney Scallops, and Highland Beef Wellington, before stepping out into the excitement of the city. The early Hogmanay experience is priced at £70 per person.
A More Intimate New Year
If you'd rather leave the crowds behind and savour the occasion at a gentler pace, our 9.00pm sitting provides an elegant alternative. Settle in for a leisurely five-course menu, complete with petit fours and either a dram of whisky or a glass of Champagne at the bells. With no rush and no need to brave the bustling streets, it's the perfect choice for those seeking a sophisticated and memorable Hogmanay celebration in the heart of Edinburgh. The late sitting is priced at £90 per person.
